The 5MFYP Competition, hosted by the IEEE UiTM Student Branch (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineering) in collaboration with the IEEE Power & Energy Society and Electron Devices Society Malaysia Chapters, took place on June 8th and 15th, 2023, at Bilik Seminar Al-Haytham, PKE UiTM Shah Alam.

The objective of the program was to exhibit the final year projects of 32 participants, who were students enrolled in the Bachelor of Electrical Engineering with Honors (CEEE242) and Bachelor of Electronics Engineering with Honors (CEEE241) programs from the School of Electrical Engineering, College of Engineering, UiTM Shah Alam.

Participants must present their Final Year Projects to a panel of industry-invited judges within a strict time limit of 5 minutes. The purpose of this competition is to enhance students' communication abilities and boost their confidence in articulating their work. The program effectively showcased the participants' interpersonal skills and professional competencies. All the judges acknowledged the participants' efforts and actively participated in insightful discussions. In general, the program proved to be a valuable opportunity for the participants, enabling them to enhance their professional skills and receive recognition for their diligent efforts.

A special note of thanks goes to the participants for their unwavering commitment and diligent efforts in creating innovative projects.
