Engineering To You (E2U)

On 18th May 2024, the Engineering To You (E2U) program, conceptualized as part of the Service Learning Malaysia - University for Society (SULAM), took place at the Orphanage and Asnaf Sijangkang in Teluk Panglima Garang, Selangor. Organized by ECC589 Engineers in Society students from the School of Civil Engineering, this program aimed to improve student life and education for the local community. Several mini-programs were conducted under the E2U initiative, including:

1) Fun Bridge
2) WaterWise: Conservation Champion! (Rainwater Harvesting and 3) Water Filtration Game)
4) Touch Down for Recycling
5) Monument from Recycle Waste
6) E-waste Snake and Ladder Gameboard

The program successfully strengthened university-industry-community cooperation, enhancing the well-being of the local community and promoting a more meaningful way of life. The efforts and activities carried out not only provided practical education but also fostered a spirit of sustainability and innovation among the participants.
