Faculty of Civil Engineering, UiTM has mutually collaborated with AOCT organising monthly Seminar. Since 2014, both parties have jointly organised fourteen (14) seminar. The seminar organised encompass topic on “essential knowledge of concrete”, “essential knowledge of concrete cracks”, “essential knowledge of floor concrete cracks”, “essential knowledge of superflat concrete floors”, “essential knowledge of concrete batching operation”, “best practices in concrete floor constructions”, “essential knowledge of water-proofing”. Other short talks include “essential knowledge of concrete - do you know it all”, “Top 6 types of common concrete floor cracks- to fix it, first you must know what it is’, “structure damage due to earthquake - Case Study at Ranau, Sabah”, “Bioconcrete - using bacteria to heal concrete crack”, “Geopolymer Concrete”, “Special concrete” , “Top 10 common waterproofing and Innovative Utilisation of Waste for Sustainable Construction”. The speakers comprise of experts from industries, Concrete Society of Malaysia (CSM) as well as lecturers from the faculty and experts from other higher learning institutions, promoting their expertise to industries. All the seminar received overwhelming responses from industries and witnessing 50 to 100 participants for each seminar organised. These sequence seminar also provide opportunity for UiTM students and students from other higher institution to learn and get them exposed to real practical of concreting works, besides establishing networking among them.
Consistent collaboration has inspired the faculty to sign tri-parte Memorandun of Understanding (MOA) between the faculty, Concrete Society of Malaysia (CSM) and AOCT. The draft has submitted to the Law Office of UiTM on 30th June 2016 and expecting to be signed on 5th August 2016 in conjunction with Corporate Dinner CSM.

Participants are exposed to practical work of floor concreting at the foyer of Complex Engineering, UiTM facilitated by the experts from Zacklim Floor Specialist Sdn. Bhd.
