PRO - PENS
PRO-PENS evaluation process is conducted by the faculty’s academic office (HEA) to monitor the performance of lecturers in teaching and learning. Evaluation will be carried out by observers from the faculty’s Pro-Pens committee on lecturers in the class room. The observers are required to evaluate the lecturers based on a standard Pro-Pens evaluation form provided by the academic office of UiTM In order to effectively implement continuous improvement in the teaching and learning of the lecturers, the faculty has decided to make some changes in the evaluation process. The amended evaluation process was implemented from the Feb. 2017 semester onwards as follows:

- Evaluation of lecturers carried out once every semester
- Sharing findings of evaluation with the lecturers being evaluated.
- Preparation of report on findings of the evaluation to be submitted to the University academic office.
- Presentation of the Evaluation findings and proposed continual improvement at the Management Review Meeting twice a year.
- Briefing on the Pro-Pens evaluation process and instrument at the Faculty academic meeting every semester.
