Congratulations to all three teams from Faculty of Civil Engineering (FCE) on being the finalist at the Operational Excellence 2019 competition. This is the first time for FCE to be part of this competition and listed among the top 16 finalist. The successful teams are:

1. Prosedur Pengurusan Markah dan Keputusan Peperiksaan Akhir (MyCOPO)

2. Prosedur Pengedalian dan Penilaian Projek Tahun Akhir Program Sarjana Muda (e-FYP)

3. Prosedur Promosi (e-POH)

On 20 December 2019, each team presented their procedure under Academic Management Category. Operational Excellence (OE) is a philosophy of leadership, teamwork and problem solving resulting in continuous improvement throughout the organization by focusing on the needs of the customer, empowering, employees and optimizing existing activities in the process.

The result will be announced on 4th February 2020 during the OE symposium 2019. Wish all the best to all the FKA teams!
